The course was launched on 20 March 2015. Because some people did not hear about the course, the enrollment deadline has been extended to March 20, 2019.

Registration is also digital, and homework is submitted online as an upload. Then, it is reviewed and comments are attached and uploaded, all using the secure part of this site.

There is a forum that can only be accessed by registered students. Posts from the very first forum have been archived, and the posts on the second forum are being archived.

If you were previously a registered user, you do not need to register again. Your user id and passwords are still valid. Access to each page is managed by a control panel. Students from master's classes in the 1980s and 1990s as well as the the correspondence course from the late 1990s will be granted access at the level equivalent to their previous studies, and part of their tuition can be applied to the new online course.
